All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In such events, we will notify you by phone, email or mail using the information you provide. All monies will be refunded using the original payment method.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and the delivery area is limited to areas serviced by Australia Post within Australia.

All information supplied during the ordering process must be true and correct. Happy Hippy Pets does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Our online shop only accepts shipping within Australia.

Shipping

Our dog treats are non-refundable unless there is known fault or defect. Please check carefully our ingredients list prior to ordering to ensure your dog is not allergic to any of the ingredients.

In case of fault/defect, you must notify us of your intention to refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can notify us by emailing us at happyhippypet@gmail.com. We will evaluate your request and if it is a defective product, we will issue you with a return number and advise you of the simplest way to return your dog treats.

At this stage, any postage costs incurred are at the customer’s expense. If the product is defective Happy Hippy Pets will cover the return shipping cost for the replacement item. Product must be returned within fourteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement.
If product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective, Happy Hippy Pets will at our discretion return the product to the customer at the customer expense.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
